Homeowners review the designs that fit within the parameters they’ve shared with us, and they choose the one that is the best fit for their family. From there, many homeowners further customize their choice, making changes to the design that will suit their family (adding/subtracting windows, adding a rear door, adjusting the sizes of rooms, etc.). Homeowners are also able to choose the finishes in their homes, including floor coverings, countertops, cabinets and paint colors.
