Administrative Assistant
Nikia Miller is the Administrative Assistant to Make It Right’s Director of Construction. Nikia acts as liaison to general contractors, architects, vendors and all staff responsible for day-to-day operations as they relate to construction of homes in the Lower 9th Ward. Nikia is an administrative professional with more than ten years of experience in office administration at companies such as Ernst & Young, Mercer HR Consulting and one of the largest law firms in the United States, McDermott, Will & Emery.
At Make It Right, Nikia ensures home designs are up-to date, contracts are current and all relevant construction-related communication is shared internally and externally, allowing the Director of Construction to focus on cost control and construction quality.
